Bellevue, Wash. – March 1, 2006 - Guidant Financial Group™, the nation’s leading retirement account facilitator, has recently announced that it will be opening its third office in Phoenix, Ariz. This after the corporation has just completed the opening a new office in Atlanta, GA.
The new offices are at the heart of the company’s expansion strategy. Guidant intends on opening many locations around the US to penetrate the local marketplace. The new locations will serve to expand and facilitate Guidant’s Professional Network and to foster current and future affiliate relationships.
"[These new offices] will provide our clients with the ability to do business in person and benefit from the professional network built through this program," said David Nilssen, CEO. "These [professional] relationships can help our clients locate, purchase, manage and sell investments."
The new offices will be run by the company’s Regional Marketing Director Debra Lewis (Atlanta) and Vice President of Business Development, Diane Miller (Phoenix).
The Atlanta office, head by Lewis, was opened to give Guidant customers and professional network members an East Coast location that is centrally located in the southeast region of the states. The office was officially opened August 28, 2005.
Lewis has more than 12 years of work experience in the financial services industry. During the last 6 years, Lewis has worked with trust Administration Services Corporation as vice president, managing the customer service department for self-directed retirement accounts. In addition to Lewis’ in-depth knowledge of IRC and ERISA regulations as they pertain to self-directed investing, she has passed the securities series 7, 63 and 65 exams.
The new Phoenix office, head by Miller, officially opened in March 2006. Miller brings more than 15 years of franchising and business brokerage experience to Guidant. Miller comes directly from BeneTrends, where she worked as business development manager, exponentially growing BeneTrends’ client base as she built relationships throughout the franchisor, franchise consultant and business brokerage communities. Miller also has experience as the co-owner of Tom Miller and Associates, now Sunbelt Franchise Sales.
