Who is Jack Santaniello?
Jack Santaniello is a partner in the law firm of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP. His principal areas of practice include Franchise Law.
Mr. Santaniello has extensive experience in representing corporations and shareholders in a wide variety of business activities, including transaction negotiations, shareholder disputes, business and commercial litigation. He also has experience in nonprofit organizations, commercial bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters as well as securities law matters.
Mr. Santaniello earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the Mecklenburg County, North Carolina and American Bar Associations. He is a member of the International Trademark Association, the International Franchise Association, the ABA Forum on Franchising, the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law and the Latin American Chamber of Commerce of Charlotte.
Mr. Santaniello also serves on the Board of Directors of United Family Services.
