Announcing Guidant Payroll Software Upgrade
Guidant is excited to announce major upgrades to our Guidant Payroll Portal! With this upgrade, all Guidant Payroll users will have access to new features that help save even more time and effort than before.
Portal Upgrade Benefits for All Users
The Portal has a new, intuitive look and feel. We heard your feedback – the upgrade makes Guidant Payroll much better for use on your mobile devices. We’ve also made viewing pay stubs on mobile devices a better experience.
Your new employees will now be able to enroll in benefits like health, dental, and 401(k) through the Guidant Payroll Portal.
New employees can now receive and sign more documents – not just an I-9 and W-4! This includes on-boarding needs like background checks and acknowledgement of new employee forms.
You’ll have automated access to your payroll reports, delivered to your email – no need to log into the Portal to access your reports!
Portal Upgrade Benefits for Premium Users
Premium users now have access to a brand new, built-in applicant and employee management system! This new feature takes your new employees through the entire hiring process from applying to a new job to on-boarding, eliminating your need for redundant information entry and making it easy to manage your applicants.
You’ll now also be able to send notifications and company announcements to all of your employees, which can be delivered as push notifications.
Your employees will also be able to use the upgraded Guidant Payroll Portal to enroll and renew their benefits during open enrollment.
This new system also lets you track and manage:
- Performance reviews
- Employee certifications, licenses, and skills
- W-4 change requests
