Guidant Financial Deploys $197 Million into Small Businesses

Earlier this year, Guidant Financial committed to fueling small business in America with our biggest goal yet – to deploy $350 million in financing to business owners by the end of 2015. It was a lofty goal that many thought was out of our reach (last year, we deployed $290 million). But now, halfway through the year, we’re proud to announce we’re ahead of target, having helped over 1,000 entrepreneurs deploy more than $197 million into small businesses and franchises year-to-date. This puts us 56 percent to goal, with another five months to go in the year.

What’s more, we’ve also seen a notable increase in small business financing, up almost 40 percent since this time last year. This means that the credit access landscape is continuing to improve for small business owners, making now the perfect time to pursue the ultimate dream of being your own boss.

If you’re considering small business ownership, here are a few other numbers you might find interesting:

  • Guidant’s funded 400 franchises since the beginning of 2015, spanning 200 brands, including Orangetheory Fitness, Menchie’s, Meineke and The UPS Store, just to name a few.
  • We’re helping individuals get qualified for the financing program that’s right for them in less than 48 hours.
