The Role

Our Account Representatives support small business owners who utilize our 401(k) plan administration services. A large part of the role is taking inbound client calls, answering questions, and assisting clients in resolving 401(k) plan related issues. The role also requires reviewing the documents submitted by our clients and proactively updating the system to reflect all changes. Collaboration is required with other members on the team, such as Plan Administrators and Compliance Specialists, to get clients 5500 filings, distribution requests, loan requests, and other documents completed in a timely manner.

For this position there are minimum work from home requirements that must be met in order to perform the essential functions in a remote work from home (WFH) environment. These include 1) a space to work out of (i.e., home office) and 2) High speed internet.

Benefits

This is a fully and permanently remote work from home opportunity with a growing and stable company available in select states across the US: AZ, FL, GA, ID, KS, LA, MI, MN, NC, NE, TX, UT, VA

The wage for this position is $20/hr or $41,600 annually.
